First, a trigger warning: this episode is all about sexual harassment and assault. If that’s triggering for you, press “pause” and come back to us next week. We’ll be here for you.

This week’s "Designing Women" was the season 1 finale, Bachelor Suite. Mary Jo is confronted with a difficult (and dangerous) client, but tries to stick it out for the Benjamins. But, JD - and the rest of the ladies - aren’t too happy about it. This rather ho-hum finale escalated super-quickly with an over-the-head-vase-break and a tersely-worded business card.

Stick around for “Extra Sugar”, where we talk a little bit about sexual harassment, Me Too, and everything in between.

A little more food for thought on this week’s episode:

  • This article includes some helpful tips for sexual violence survivors as they navigate TV and movies, news media, and social media as they journal through the healing process.

  • If you need support, advice, or any other help, you can reach the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 800.656.HOPE (4673), which is offered by the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN).

And some of the articles we talked about if you want to take a closer look:

Come on, let’s get into it!
